Our client is excited to announce a new opportunity for Graduate Business Development Executives to join their Manchester B2B Sales team.


This opportunity is for money-motivated Business Development Executives who believe they will have what it takes to thrive in a fast-paced, successful sales department within the Commercial Real Estate industry.

Training & Support – As a Business Development Executive you will be provided with extensive training, and ongoing support is provided by experienced trainers; this includes, industry training, sales techniques, role-play, objection handling, call shadowing, and call coaching.


Growth & Progression opportunities – Nearly 100% of their Sales Team Leaders, Sales Managers and Sales Directors within the UK tax team started as a Business Development Executive. Our client emphasises up-skilling and progression, with graduates moving up from within and progressing throughout the business. 


What to expect:

  • You'll adopt a multi-media approach to engage business prospects in conversation through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn Lusha.

  • You'll have weekly achievable targets. For example: Creating qualified sales appointments for commercial property consultants to attend.

  • You will be coached, pushed, and challenged to do more.

  • 2:1 degree in any field is preferred, but exceptions are made for the stand-out applicant.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We're looking for somebody who can think on their feet and engage confidently with our clients.

  • Resilience and determination. Business Development is a tough job, but the rewards are there for those who are determined not to let a hard day bring them down.

  • Adaptable and target-driven, with the ability to work towards deadlines.
